Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef
- 2 medium potatos
- 1 large onion
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp pepper
- 2tsp red wine vinegar (optional)
- 1 10oz can tomato sauce, or one 6oz can tomato paste + 6oz water
Instructions
- Start boiling water for the potatos.
- Start browning the ground beef on medium heat, in a large skillet.
- Dice the potatos into 1/2" chunks. Add them to the water once it’s at a boil, and boil for 10 minutes.
- Dice the onions. Once the beef is browned, add the onions to it.
- Add the salt and pepper, and vinegar if desired.
- Shred the cabbage.
- Once the potatos are done, drain them and add the potatos and cabbage to the skillet.
- Cook for a few more minutes, until the cabbage is somewhat reduced.
