Beef and Cabbage Skillet

  1. Start boiling water for the potatos.
  2. Start browning the ground beef on medium heat, in a large skillet.
  3. Dice the potatos into 1/2" chunks. Add them to the water once it’s at a boil, and boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Dice the onions. Once the beef is browned, add the onions to it.
  5. Add the salt and pepper, and vinegar if desired.
  6. Shred the cabbage.
  7. Once the potatos are done, drain them and add the potatos and cabbage to the skillet.
  8. Cook for a few more minutes, until the cabbage is somewhat reduced.
