Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 bag (2 cups) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Soften the butter. It works just fine if you end up melting the butter too.
- Beat in the eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- Mix the baking soda and salt into the flour in a separate bowl, then mix it into the wet mixture a little at a time. (Or just do everything in the same bowl if you’re like me and like to live dangerously)
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes.
