Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk (or water)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Mix ingredients in a bowl.
- Add flour or water if needed until dough forms into a ball.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for a minute or two.
- Form the dough into a flat circle and carefully transfer to a sheet pan or pizza stone.
- Put toppings on your pizza and bake for 20 minutes.
